Very pleased to announce that book 4 from my series has been selected again to exhibit this time at the Griffin Gallery in London! Really excited about this, and hope everyone can make the PV on Wed 22 July.

I've been running 'Art My Face' blog since the end of last year, and it's aim is to help artists with useful links to crative networks, upcoming competition deadlines and relevant articles and debates on the contemporry art scene. My most recent article I wrote was 5 useful tips on marketing and promoting yourself right as an artist. You can see the full piece here as well as my other posts: https://artmyface.wordpress.com
Another update on a very relevant (and quite personal) account of Internships in the arts. Are they worth it? And what can you significantly get out of an internship that will benefit you in the long run? I'm very passionate about this subject and helping graduates get the most out of their degree and not be exploited by doing unpaid work. You can read the article here: https://artmyface.wordpress.com/2016/05/16/the-recyclable-intern-culture/
Really pleased to announce that my work, Imagery Imaginary, volume 6, has been selected for the Jerwood Drawing Prize this year! This will be the third time my work has made it into the exhibition, and it's such a fantastic opportunity for artists who specialise in drawing. It opens in September, so more updates coming very soon!!!
Another fantastic evening spent at the Jerwood space in London for the Private view of this years Jerwood Drawing Prize. I'm super proud to be part of this year, as the quality and breadth of drawing is inspiring. I've written about the exhibition in my blog which you can read here.
My book has made it to Bath, at the Edge Arts Gallery at Bath University, as part of the Jerwood Drawing Prize tour! I loved the space, and it's had a fantastic programme of talks, tours and panel discussions. My work was also part of the 'Staffs Pick', which you can see here
I just completed 'Imagery Imaginary, volume 7' in record time for a competition deadline I was keen to submit new work for. This is also (suprisingly) the first concertina book I've made and not the usual moleskine I'm used to working in. Here's the last page I've just completed, and the rest of book will be up on my site very soon!!
